Malone Driving School is located in Northern New York and offers the NYS  5 Hour Pre-licensing Class, which is  live-streamed via ZOOM  to anyone 16 years of age and older with a valid NYS Photo Learner’s Permit needing  a  MV-278 Certificate to sign up for a Road Test.

 (PLEASE NOTE: This is not the New York Safety Council’s online class )
